What Happened to Ghost Pike and F2P?

I remembered 2 years ago I was fishing and catching Ghost Pike and other ghost fish having fun and gaining xp and money. I couldn't wait for next year to come so I can catch all of the ghost fish again. But, when I loaded up fishing planet there was something completely different. I tried catching ghost fish of all species and nothing happened. It really disappointed me, and the part that hurt the most is that it was replaced with another disappointing Halloween event that makes it hard to play for the average Fishing Planet player. The first mission you have to catch a 350lb whale! At Rocky lake of all places. Then it randomly drops to a 75lb eel. I'm at level 43, so Rocky Lake and Tiber River are the only place I can go. It would be better if I could go in my own order like catch the eel first and then dream about catching the whale, but it won't let you. On top of that it's not F2P. All I'm saying is that this years and last years Fishing Planet Halloween event is big downgrade from previous years, and I wish Fishing Planet could just do better next year.

As most people who play fishing planet have no clue what australian fish looks like, consider adding a freshwater system at a low level mabye for jungle perch, barramundi, and sooty grunter and mangrove jack as the main predators, for the bottom feeders use eel tail catfish, longfill eels and tilapia or even consider adding tarpon, spangle perch or snakehead gudgeon as another predator?

or for another part of australia with the bigger freshwater fish such as, yellowbellys, murry cod etc and in smaller streams for the fresh water as there typically are living in tiny creeks or lakes.

a estuary location would be pritty cool as well for the higher levels, adding bigger fish like barramundi, golden travelly, grouper, mackeral, threadfin salmon, queen fish, grunter, jewfish, mangrove jack.

We all know the northern pike right? But what about its southern cousin, the southern pike, a beautiful fish with striped patterns just like the northern pike but different patterns and different regions.

but what about the coelacanth? A creature that’s been around for millions of years, a large fish as well, it should give a great fight as well, but considering it is an endangered species, shouldn’t be kept but it could be a normal fish or a fish monster if you think about it

Carp are trash fish to the bulk of us here in the US We do not have 400lb gold fish to catch, only bottom feeding, trash fish. Drum are also pretty much junk fish and not sports fish.......Why are these 2 species, as well as sucker and buffalo, used in a game about sports fishing? Just to add versatility or for the European interests? I noticed Europeans like fishing for carp, again, the map is a US map, so thought I would point out...not the same fish, trashy, nasty, waste of bait fish

Fish skin variations

I would like it if fish skins looked different, for example, it could be randomised between 3-10 different skins. Or, maybe certain locations have different variants. For example, largemouth in the Everglades would have more greener or vibrant colours, largemouth in mud water would be duller and have a brown tinge to them. So certain skins in certain places would be more common than in other areas. I think we should have at least 3 different skins for each fish, though the advanced system would be nice and it would be good if we had more than 3 skins.

I think that should fish of the same species could look different when I catch them. Like different skin patterns. Like 10 different patterns per fish excluding legendaries. And it would be a randomized skin variant OR it could depend on the environment.

hey guys I have been fishing at emerald lake for a long time trying to catch a unique Chain pickerel but all I can catch is black crappies when I cast out past the lily pads on the left, right now I am using small minows on a barbless Hook #1/0 on a feeder rod, small minows on a number #1/0 barbless Hook 70cm (27inches) down on a teloscopic rod. I was just wondering what setups I should be using as in what baits and what size hooks to catch this fish

Hello,
I want to fish for the unique Redear Sunfish in the Neherrin River.
I watch videos on YouTube and use them as a reference.
Everyone is fishing around the coordinates (35.xx, 21.xx) in Into The Rocky Blue.
However, while many trophy-class Redear Sunfish can be caught, not a single unique-class Redear Sunfish is being caught.
Has their habitat changed?

The tackle I'm using is as follows:
Rod:Fenix 450 (14'10")
Reel:LineGlider 4000
Line:MagFin Braid 0.23mm (.009)
Line Length:50cm-100cm (20inches-40inches)
Hook:Barbless Hook #1
Bait：Bloodworms, Maggots, Crawfish Cut

Unique butterfly peacock bass everglades

Please could some one help me as im now getting very frustrated I am after catching the unique butterfly peacock bass on Everglades I have fished the waters I’ve tried all times weather day and night tried loads of different lures frog poppers jigs cranks I have also tried bobbers at different depths but this fish eludes me i have managed to catch all the other 31 fish plus the monster on this water but can not catch this fish. Could some one please guide me to a good location, weather and time please i have used YouTube guides but they are years old and don’t seem to work. So if anyone have any updated info I would be glad to hear it thank you
