I am opening this new ticket because my previous one (#236676) was closed with a generic, automated macro response. I am respectfully asking for a real human review of my situation.

I have been permanently banned by Denuvo, but I solemnly swear that I have never cheated, modified, or hacked the game.

Please look at my account history:

  • I have been playing since 2022.

  • I am Level 104.

  • I have over 1,100 hours of legitimate playtime.

  • I have caught more than 5,000 fish.

A real cheater does not spend 4 years and 1,100 hours playing fairly just to risk it all. This ban is 100% a false positive caused by Denuvo conflicting with a regular background software on my PC (like an antivirus, a VPN, or my mouse/keyboard software).

I am not asking for an automated reply. I am asking for an administrator or a technical developer to manually check my logs. I am a loyal and dedicated player, and I just want my passion back.

  • Night Fishing is extremely Dark

    • I am fairly new to the game. I am just a low-level after-work streamer. I switched from the Steam version of the game to the Xbox version, and I noticed the night mode is so dark that you can't see anything. Is there a fix for this, or is it being worked on? I appreciate any help I can get with this for myself and my subscribers!

    Problem:   Caught 75 lb Gilded Catfish, but not credited for the catch on the Trophy Catfish II mission.  I am aware craws do not work, but this Club Series Crayfish 4" is a crayfish and not a craw or other creature.
    Ingame equipment: Club Series Crayfish 4" not working using my Sharpcaster 7' and Powergrab 7000 setup on Maku-Maku.  Lure does not work or complete Trophy Catfish II mission on any rod and reel setup.

Я переустановил библиотеки директикс и т.п.; переустановил стим, игру, виндовс и драйвера. Запускал от имени администратора и перезагружал компьютер, антивирус выключал, но ничего из этого не помогло. Помогите пожалуйста
