Nice one McLeo! FYI, you can take pictures 2 different ways while you are on that view:

1. Just hit the Windows key and print screen at the same time. The screen will blink, then look in the pictures/screenshots folder for your picture.

2. Just hit the letter "p" (different view), then hit the Windows key and print screen at the same time. The screen will blink, then look in the pictures/screenshots folder for your picture.

Thank you @FishyWishy and @fishdom49! I play on ps4 so there isn't an easy way to screenshot and upload but thank you for the advice if I do get this for pc!

Oh OK, What's that little Square buitton and folder (in between show/hide keepnet and examine fish? That is where the letter "p' is shown on the pc version. Maybe if you press the square?

Not gonna lie @fishdom49 I've been playing this game since last year and didn't try pressing square before! Plus I was in a rush to get the pic took before 5 am in game so I didnt have to spend baitcoins to fastforward! Will  screenshot my next best fish tho!
