if fishing planet would take time with clubs and smaller man tournments the cash will roll in. giving us the ability to socialize an compete in personal tournments will give us the ability to get to know each other and build and more competive nature. plain an simple clubs are needed to keep are boredom from game

With the talk of new lakes in Britain and Europe in the works for PC , I would like to suggest and hope some serious thought could go into a map located on the Amazon. I cant think of a more diverse fresh water area than that , and hey .....who wouldn't be excited about catching trophy piranha ! Thoughts ? Other suggestions ?

all rng bro..got 2nd place (almost!) with a comp d other day and now 37th (still running so may be 40 or lower)..same gears same tactics. never know when the rng gods will smile on you. so just practise and have a clear tactics b4 you go on a comp and best hope that it's your lucky day.

i was thinking bout having 20 man clubs where we could compete with fellow fisherman in are clubs. we will develope friendly relations with are club members or compete with other clubs for rewards and such. biggest reason for a club for me will would be having the club leader to set up the tournmnents with the stipulations rules and such. we can also try to make are club the best by having are members to participate in the game daily with extra rewards. im interested what others feel bout clubs and how they will be applied in the game ? as for myself if i was a club leader i would have different rules and stipulations every couple of days that the club will try to win within the club for rewards such a gold money etc. it has been done im just hoping if the devs would putt the time an energy for FISHING PLANET community? and clubs will be the best for the passionate and dedicated fisherman giving us lots of options to do besides fishing alone without as much purpose. but what do we do about the cheaters that may create a club? or will they be easy to detect and be the end of cheaters if clubs are made? if a fisherman is puttting up unbelievable stats we will know if something smells fishy.

ViolentV is correct, there's no way to scroll through location description. I think it's a glitch from PC to PS4 transfer, using the mouse on PC scrolls through it I believe. The tips that pop up during loading screen on PS4 show not much was corrected/updated for PS4, still says to skip time forward "Press [T]". Thanks Vicious_Bear. I watched the video again and I'm not sure where he's coming from then. I wanted to be certain ahead of any DLC purchase I may make. It seemed unknowing to him that his biggest issue he brought up in the video had to do with Youtube and copyrights. Personally, I've got zero problems with in-game costs. It is so easy to make enough money to recoup expenses. I only wanted to find out about possibly purchasing the boat DLC and then having to pay to use my DLC boat.

Not only Amazon but also Pantanal in Brazil, we have here some species of fish that can weight around 600lb man, MASSIVE FISH!!! it would be amazing to have fish locations in Brazil, the diversity of species here is huge!!! i really love your suggestion

I don't think there is any problems regarding your question because today itself I have caught several bass using casting spoon 1/4oz #1/0 (yellow) about 8hrs ago. I was there to make some quick Bucks so that I could travel to Emerald lake NY. I was using much heavier gear respect to the lake was losing XP. So if I could catch them then u can also. Try casting from middle of the dock at least 150-160 ft out(Home sweet Home).. You will get them. Best of luck .

I believe at this moment there are competitions that require you use barbless hooks and or lures. For example the Old Bucks' Competition is an example of where you can use only barbless hooks and or lures. Other than the competition requirement, I cannot speak if there is an advantage or disadvantage to use them on a regular basis.

I am speaking of the glowing bobbers. I can not find anything on the bobber information itself about diminishing power but that makes sense. I don't think they should have gone out after one night either though. I purchased two more and will see what happens.

I'm assuming you're speaking of the "Glowing Bobbers?" I believe bobbers diminish in percentage over time and cannot be repaired like other equipment. I might be wrong here and apologize if that's not what you were referring to. Just a thought. Why they would deplete after the "1st time" is above my pay grade.

This is not a bug. The zero of 30800 "(0/30800)" durability means the reel is broken beyond repair, had you repaired the reel prior to it reaching zero durability, it would not have broken.

The answer is simple - the game is already alive for 2+ years and grown up twice for this time. We will keep servers up at least 5+ years from now (actually I think 20+). Also, Xbox One version is coming in next half of the year with more servers. And kayaks coming next week, so your unlimited licenses will work for a very LONG time.

yes... careful of drag setting... too big a catch will break your line and you'll lose the terminal tackle as well as the "big one that got away". some fights you cannot win because your rig will not have enough power to stop the fish from stripping all the line, at which point line and reel will both break. It takes a bit of experience, just like RL, which is part of the attraction of this simulator.
