Look at your tablet Map and find a place where your cast can reach the deeper water (or use a boat just off the boat dock), a meat-based bait (i.e. cutbaits or other baits suitable for cats) should get you one (maybe a 1/0 - 3/0 hook, wouldn't use bigger than a 4/0 for a young Wels).1 point
