  1. Being genuine fishing simulator, we would like to see our game challenging but fun and rewarding at the same time. It's not an easy task, but we would like to thank you for staying with us and supporting our wonderful game! ... including the ps4 Gar-O-Ween Challenge Prizes that don't appear on avatars, only in your inventory? (Why would anyone want to down-grade their waistcoat to 15 tackles and 1 line without the main benefit?)
  2. I've reported several times, in several places, including support@fishingplanet.com, @fishingplanet on FB, and here. No response with any signs of intent to fix the problem.
  3. And if you're not paying attention when you cash out your day without restarting the game, you will be denied premium values (XP and $). (No yellow premium.) Really makes me regret spending actual money. Especially, considering support@fishingplanet.com doesn't seem to want to help.

    Bug Report

    If at this point I don't restart the application, I will continue to acquire standard account values XP and $ (as you can see happen in the last 4min of the video). Also, in the menu listing, the expiry date will also eventually disappear completely from the internal menu. At the beginning, you see the white "premium" label magic itself away first.
  5. You're not the only one, Icerunner. This has been happening to me as well. I emailed support, they took one look at my screenshots and in a one sentence response, basically said "there is no problem". OH THERE IS A PROBLEM, the problem is this support group checking that an premium account is or isn't listed as active and then thinking their job is done. YOU NEED TO ADDRESS THE ISSUE CAUSING THE LOSS OF PREMIUM FEATURES SO THAT YOU CAN PREVENT IT FROM HAPPENING. Have some respect for the people who PAY for your product!
