Devs....you're making statements, "we already have a solution", not asking questions.

For instance, in the last catfish tourney, no one in my room caught a qualifying or even non qualifying fish for 45 minutes real time. You start to think the lobby/room is bad. I might be off but it seems in comps and especially the tourney that the "RNG" is almost assigned out in a bell curve. A few unlucky at the bottom, a few lucky at the top, and loads of mediocre in the middle. Not sure whether it is assigned individually or by lobby/room though.

I find when it doesn't work for me there is usually a space after the name typed in.

2 for me. 1 while I was reeling in a fish. And then when I would restart and come back in, my HUD was flickering in and out. The scoreboard, what lure I was using , the time and weather. Also, when I did mange to catch a fish, the keepnet where it shows your 10 fish would close by itself. I had to press triangle to bring it back up. Usually the keepnet in the tournaments sorts your fish from low to high, but sometimes mine would be out of order. Not a gamebreaker, but I had to spend a few seconds to scroll through to see which one to release. Oh, and the lag sucks too.

Apparently you can just create another account and compete in the amateur comps.

As far as I know, you can't repair a bobber. I did bounce it off the rock face alot going for the golden trout! Just wish it was repairable for baitcoins or at least a repeatable achievement.

I have the emails. First Diana said I pressed the buttons "too speedy" and then in a second email said I should check my controller.

That's 5 players now. First they said I pressed the buttons too fast. Then they blamed my controller. All 5 of us are not using the same controller.

Workarounds are one thing. Blaming the players is another.

Since the patch, myself and several members of my club have had an issue trying to fast forward time after 9 pm. After pressing SQUARE to bring up the menu, it skips past the options and advances straight to 5 am. I contacted support but in their response they said I pressed the X button twice. They don't know their own button sequences. I thought that if others were having this issue and shared it on the forum, then FP couldn't keep telling individuals by email that they were doing it wrong. I don't care about the baitcoins I lost with this bug, but I am extremely frustrated that they keep blaming issues on players and not taking responsibility.

Ended in a similar position myself. Was probably one of my best topwater days which just highlights how bad yesterday was.

Topwater for me was downright impossible. It was like my walker had no hook. But I was probably in the wrong spot according to them.

Same with the Neherrin minimal, cats after dark, etc, etc...

I am happy that Killerwhale came on and at least tried to explain some things. Things like that and what the devs of Sea of Thieves did do make a difference.

If only this was the answer given for why over 230 people had problems in the Spring Cats Tournament in NC instead of 'wrong spot".

VV don't waste anymore of your time. Even if they respond they will say you're doing it wrong. Even if they said it was screwed up but there's nothing that can be done now I would at least understand. But they won't admit it's broken and will say it's your fault. I now have several hours of my day freed up.

O Not a problem anymore. 2 cats in 1.5 hrs in NC. Every bait, spot, hook size, bobbers. Apparently the bubbles tell you where to waste your time.

How will the 10 biggest cats work? If I catch 10 70 lb. fish (unlikely), there's no way that fits in my net. Will the 440lb limit be suspended?
