Hi there I'm having some MAJOR PROBLEMS..my game lags about every 10 to 12 mins for 2 to 3 secs and sometimes it will kick me.The game will freeze or simply just loose connection all together . Sometimes there will be a screen with a circle that goes around and around for a long time and I will have to restart my game . There will be times when I will try to pick up my rods and I will freeze with them in my hands for about 3 to 4 secs then all is good .It is NOT MY ISP.. I've spent weeks looking into this debacle. I've had technicians out testing my lines replacing my equipment and it turns out it's YOUR GAME... WHY... granted I'm not a big spender but I am a premium member and I do spend money... I don't think we should have to put up with this.. Your supposedly the best fishing game out there ,,I don't see how...PLEASE HELP IF YOU CAN OR CARE THANK YOU ps. The game has a connection problem at all times on Xbox One S. I have been playing for 16 days and always have constant server crashes. The last 20 or so times I've tried to load my game, it freezes on the initial loading screen at what I would assume to be around 99 percent. I've uninstalled and reinstalled it twice, and validated my game files. I have no idea what else to do.

PSN ID: X-xH3aDxS4o7x-X Platform: PS4 Date of Bug(s) Occurances: 12-05-2017 After the update today, I have already encountered multiple bugs. 1: Went to Florida and had multiple issues with the interface not allowing me to switch pegs. 2: Competitions are not showing up under the Events/Competitons tab, they just keep loading infinitely. 3: The Scarecrow hat is not showing properly still. It has a stretched bill like the stretched fish bug. 4: I bought a 32 baitcoin 3/4 oz #4/0 popper, and the game froze. Upon reloading the game, my popper was no longer equipped, not in my inventory, and the baitcoins I used to purchase it were still gone. 5: It took me multiple tries to be able to buy a license for Florida from the menu. I would click on the tab for licenses and it would take me to the Topwater Lures menu in the store. I will be sending an email to support as well, and including screenshots. At this point I'm afraid to even play the game, as I made real money purchases for the baitcoins that I lost with the topwater lure. As I am on a very limited fixed income. PS4 ID: X-xH3aDxS4o7x-X Tonight starting at around 2:00am on 10/20/17, my game has been repeatedly freezing. Shortly before each freeze the chat will stop working, and then the game will freeze in place. Then upon restarting the game, load times will take up to 5 minutes between each screen. I was fighting a unique pike in Michigan when it froze the last time. It's getting pretty frustrating.
