Hi all, For those of us that have never fished with live bait... does anyone have any sort of general reference guide by chance for selecting what would typically be considered to be the optimal hook size for using X size hook on X type of live bait? For example, we get something like this thankfully as a guideline in the game for matching up Jig hooks with plastic lures (given in a range like, for example, #3-#1). Because of never having fished using live bait, not really having a clue which hook sizes to match up correctly with which live baits, I end up avoiding Float fishing in the game, and obviously limiting myself by doing so. My wife has the same question btw. Anyone have a chart already made perhaps that might prove helpful as reference for matching up hook sizes with live baits? Many thanks in advance!
