Lost the dlc on my account after reset on Ps4. I specify that I play The Fisherman. After the reset, the support on email had assured me that the dlc purchased would not be lost. Can you help me?

I've been playing this game for about a month now, and have noticed something quite bothersome. As of the time of this post, the strongest float rod can handle 16kg of line weight. Right now, available in the shop in game, there's a 17kg spin reel with 8 drag settings, and a 19kg reel, also with 8 drag settings. Nothing in between. However, if you look at the DLC Char Charger's Pack, you'll notice there is an 18kg reel in the package. There is no equivalent to this reel that can be obtained without using real money. Why is this a problem? If you look at the 17kg reel, with the drag set to 7/8, it'll give 14.875 kg of drag. This is safe for both 15.8kg line and the 16kg match rod. The 19kg reel at 7/8 drag is 16.625kg, which is too high so we'd have to go to 6/8 drag to be safe, but overall lower than the 17kg's highest safest, coming in at 14.25kg. The CCO FireBall 6000 reel also has 8 drag settings, and set to 7/8 that would give you 15.75kg. This is within safe limits for both the strongest float rod in the game, and the 15.8kg line. That makes this reel the strongest reel in the game when it comes to floating, and this reel is only available for real money. This is the exact definition of Pay2Win. What's more worrying, is that the DLC in question has been out almost a year. Will an equivalent of this reel ever come out for purchase in the in game shop, or will the best of the best be reserved for those who spend money?

Hey dear team Hope you are all good I just closed the game frustrated after trying to land a fish in Everglades . Fl which ended by it escaping after a 6 ingame hours fight what made me curious about something , in real-life a fish Can't last that much a 973lbs. Black Marlin lasted 4-5 hours for an angler to land it . Like come on guys if I'm using the recommended setup "so i can get the full xp " in this case the nero 450 with a 10 lbs test line i can land a 30lbs Tarpon " I've landed a 25lbs catfish in Neherrin River using same rod, reel and line" even after a long fight . We all know that a fish losses it strength after a while which leads to this bug fish escaped like what should i do when the indicators gos blue when I'm pulling up while retrieving at full speed and going backwards ? Please accept my apologies for my English and critic comment All the Best and keep up the good work
