Username: Ji-Ui-ii-c-iE Platform- Ps4 9/26/2017 Ok so at 11:40 am I purchased your lucky start pack and still haven't received anything. At 11:45 am I took this picture proving I have not received anything. It says I get 10,000 credits and 10 baitcoins, but I still only have 4,753 credits and 7 baitcoins. It also says 7 day premium and as you can see I have no premium, equipment I'm supposed to get I still don't have like this lowdex 1500 P SE reel, or this triple case rod case, as you can see I'm supposed to have a advanced license for New York and Colorado but do not have it and as of 12:37 almost an hour after my purchase I still haven't received anything. I have all the proof please fix this because this has been the second issue.

Username: Ji-Ui-ii-c-iE Platform- Ps4 9/24/2017 I bought 300 baitcoins for $14.99 on the PlayStation store and still have not seen the coins, my account shows that I was charged but never received the coins as of now I still only have 2 baitcoins, do not say I received them them and spent them because I have proof I never received them right after I purchased them. If this isn't resolved I will dispute the transaction and get my money back and don't think I won't get my lawyer.
