Greetings fishing community, hope everyone is safe and well. So I played fishing planet when it first launched on the ps4 at first i played it a lot i found a small community of people that i could talk to and fish which was perfect for me as ive never been fishing in real life and learning off the guys whilst playing was cool. After a couple months my play time slowed down and i moved on i still played some fishing planet but honestly not a lot. fast forward another couple of months a few of the guys i played with also stopped playing that further made me stay away from the game. Fast forward to now I recently received a low end PC off a friend and decided to download both fishing planet and Russian fishing 4 however my pc fps are just to low for Russian fishing 4 and for me to play fishing planet my settings have to be very low quality just to get 30fps. So with that i decided to re download fishing planet on my PS4 i jumped on and was shocked to find new locations and stuff and boats i mean i have a kayak but now there more which was cool however the community i was involved in has been deleted and i cannot find the guys i once played with. So im asking here any advice, guides on how to get back into this game, is it worth getting back into this game etc. Thank you for reading i appreciate it
I'm still fairly new to the game (level 24), but I've heard content can get pretty limited by long time players. My idea is open sea fishing with boats/dinghies perhaps in different sizes at different price points. This would give something rather new instead of just a new rod here, a new reel there etc. I don't know if development is still a thing here, but this might be worth the while to make and take a break from kind of just pointless DLC's. I feel like a lot of players would appreciate it. Especially those who left because of the lack of content.
Just wondering if your team would be at this years E3 in Los Angeles. I would love to see what you guys/girls are working on for the future of the game, dlc content, etc, etc.. If you are not going, then please tell us why the best fishing simulator on the market is staying home. Thanks.
