For all the people that said i was wrong or this and that. No. You were wrong. EXPLAIN TO ME why i spend 400$ on DLCs but yet i have to deal with this crap? We are talking about the PC version and not PS4 here. I knew this was a problem all along and tried to get the DEVS attention or anyone for that matter to do SOMETHING. But of course nothing has been done and its just terrible news to see stuff like this come out. I'm pissed off to have spent over 400$ on DLCs and to know that none of the money is going towards improving the integrity of the game. Because right now there is none. Its a scripting shit show. Ruined the game for me, that is for sure. Very unfortunate to see this stuff, but relieved at the same time to know my gut feeling was right all along, and NO they are not BETTER fisherman, NO THEY DON'T PRACTICE MORE. They just CHEAT. ================================================================================================================================ I did a tournament the other day and it was so obvious that the top of the board was cheating (and one 'guild/group' or whatever in particular) that I got curious and went to google. Furthermore I did some reading into what this guy had posted and he gave very detailed explanations of the fishing spawning and bite mechanics. Not only is he able to see fish that are following the lure but he can see weight/size information on them and make them 'go away' automatically if they aren't in the size range he wants. Then there's the auto-hook setting... which makes it that much more impossible to compete against. As he described it you'll never catch 'every fish' some will get off no matter what, but the program ensures that you catch every single one that you possibly could have. Along with the snag point "ESP" as you can see the video etc. Oh and by decompiling the engine they have access to the lure database with the attraction values for each lure relative to each fish.... So for all the people that say theres no cheating goin on in this game must be blind, or just stupid. Because it is very obvious the " top " clan/players are russian hackers, and get the hacks from the russian website that specializes in video game hacks. It just so sad to see that the devs of this game do nothing about it or have a anti-cheat put in place to protect the legit players that play and spend money on this game. They let the script kiddies do what they want. Untill they do anything about it dont expect to win any comps/tournaments because you simply cannot compete with the overpowered cheats that exist in this game.Dont get me wrong when i came across this information i was disgusted and stunned that theres nothing in place to prevent people from using 3rd party programs in this game. Now we have all Ps4 comps data which can be used as a reference model (PS4 is a trusted platform, cheating is extremely hard here). So we can use it to tune down our anticheat system on PC. Good luck in ur next competition ( you are gonna need tons of it and probably still won win lol ) Im playing on the ps4 version and can definitely say that even in the ps4 there are people cheating don't ask me how but its clearly obvious in the comp, as in some cases if you take the point of the top player it adds up to sometimes 3 fish in 1 ig minute which in my opinion cant be dont eg. i was in the florida large mouth bass comp and the top 5 fish counted, well this guy cant remember his ig id had a total of 60kg 120lb of bass for 30ig minutes, wich adds to 5 uni bass in 30 minutes not possible sorry 1 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

TyrOdinson Posted March 2, 2018 Report Share Posted March 2, 2018 (edited) I don't cheat, break or hack multiplayer games but I do singleplayer games and I've been around the communities for almost 10 years now and can tell you that one, a hacker or scripter even a vet one can't hack to get infinite money or xp due to them being server side...two they do have whats called "ESPs" a generic term for a tool that displays hidden information to the user such fish spawn zones and snag zones. The fish cam that you brought isn't really a hack, I talked to few guys and they dug around in FP's files and dlls and they found that the fish is actually already in the game most likely for the devs to test things out(you can make you own opinion of that). There is other tools such as the one that instantly pulls the fish out the water which is actually a autohotkey script (a script that presses buttons for you in various speeds and combinations). There is one other one that as far as I was told was created to help disabled players and that just helps with retrieval, if that was true or not I don't know. So in conclusion yes there is tools out there that assist in finding and catching fish, but I think the main one everyone was truly worried about was the "hacking" of money and xp, of which at this point no one that I know of (and I know a lot of them) has created a script or "hack" for. Though I'm not going to lie, injecting scripts into the server is a way to gain money and xp but it's extremely hard and dangerous(you can be arrested for this) and as a faithful FP player and someone whos been around those communities for almost 10 years I can say with complete faith that there is no "hacker" or "scripter" remotely trying to gain money and/or xp thru any means other than fishing whether it be assisted or not. This is due the game no being all that popular(not saying it's a bad game I love this game), most of the people that create tools or "hacks" are doing it to sell them to other people, therefor if the game isn't all that popular that means less money to be made. It's my hope that people reading this won't flip out on the devs and others about whos right and whos wrong, I simply wanted to clearify some info and give others a new perspective on the world of the "Hackers". If there's anything you should take away from this it's that the Devs have one hell of time competing with thousands of "hackers" around the world and that they are most likely doing their best to thwart such efforts(by the way the most anti-cheat programs are easily bypassed). I would hope that you actually read my whole post before you said something like this but that doesn't seem to be the case. They aren't catching all the fish they want, they still have to contend with the RNG system, meaning yes they learning how to catch a certain fish quicker than someone else trying to figure it out by trial and error but that doesn't make them a better fisher at the end of the day. Most FP don't need assistance to figure out how to catch a fish, and on top of that they can do it quicker and more effectively than most new players. So in short "hackers" are just skipping the learning process, which still sucks but they are destroying the game. The latest bass derby for example, I worked my ass off to put 49 lbs of fish is the boat, finished number 41 well outside the #30 required to proceed, everyone above me had 50-55 lbs. now it doesn't take a rocket scientist to know that, that's an average of 5 pounds per fish. That is ABSURD. Especially considering the big trophies in NC max out just above 6.5. I was jumping 3 different spots and focused mostly on frogpoppers. First hour I already had 3 trophies, and in the second hour I started upgrading. I was having the best comp of my life clearly, catching probably 60-70 fish atleast. Unlike the first qualifier where I only caught 17 fish in the 2 hours, 13 Largemouth and 11 over 1lbs. If you still think it's fishy feel free to check my ingame profile, I havnt been top 3 in any of the 149 events or 9 tournaments I've entered. In my mind I was bound to finally have some luck on my side. I even got a 3 min video dump I made to give the devs, since I had quite a few "bouncing lure" bugs mid qualifier. I know I can fish a lake, know the hot bait and spots that produce trophies and then join a tourney and only catch 2 in 2 hours! Seems messed up if you ask me. Not sure what I could have done differently if the bait and spots work every time I go to that lake and then don't all of a sudden. I do have one gripe though: If it's true that XS baits have a CLEAR advantage over others, then that bait should not be allowed during tourney play, clearly a disadvantage for everyone else that doesn't own one! Very Sad to see this! It explains why that 5.1 to 5.5 average in that April tourney seemed a little "Fishy"! Now was their a few that have been playing the game long enough and could accomplish this? Maybe a couple, but consistently in every tourney shouldn't be possible. The Devs should obviously make the game more realistic, fish move all the time, if you fish a lake this year in a tourney, doesn't mean they will be there 4 months from now. Make people earn these wins and not just have the same damn patterns work every time in the same location! Just my two cents! I'm very happy for you winning, hope you make it all the way to florida and win the whole thing. I will not be entering another competition until they add 3rd party anti cheat to the game. And I don't think suspending comps, or turnys is the answer. The second link is an ESP (I explained what it was in a previous post) that is old and never went into circulation, I know the person that made it he made it as a troll to all the people asking for ESPs on MPGH. The third link is a scam and won't get you anything but wasted time, this guy does this for almost every multiplayer game out there. Regarding the fourth link, Cheat Engine doesn't work for FP do to most of the information being server side which me that Cheat Engine edit the data. The fishcam was a couple of dataminers poking around in the files, they found it and decided to see how it worked on a private server, also it's quite old and probably not in the main file set anymore. As for the sixth link for some reason dailymotion didn't want to load for me but judging by the title it had to do with Cheat Engine which once again does not work for FP. AS for the last link the use of custom window that is just cheat engine with a preloaded cheat table(probably nothing there) that a lot trainers are made out of, once again it's Cheat Engine so it doesn't work. 1 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
