I found it...its about a 10 foot radius, but I marked it and have caught all vamps since being within 5 feet of the marker.

I'm pretty sure this is the spot Sabiscs is referring to, but if not y'all will have 2 spots that are 100% Vamps with no wasted baits. Either way I'm sure Sabiscs video tomorrow will be good & deserves the few mins it takes to give it a like, he contributes a good bit to showing new folks the ropes. Anyhow here's this spots info; Down South peg (beside the pumpkin), 111ft out, 10-15in depth....

Hi Dennis   my 1st forum ever  just want to say great game love mostly everything about it.  But been watching my gold, just wondering why we are penalized gold when releasing fish, from the line or even the keepnet.  should the gold like XP remain, so we don't have to keep working as hard or loosing that reward

Welcome to the community AW3Gs,

Dennis may be busy, the "gold" in this game are called Baitcoins, Credits (money, dollars, cash etc) is the  normal day to day monetary unit. The credits you receive after a full day fishing or leaving the lake/stream are for the fish you have in your possession, you cannot be paid for fish you don't have.

(Baitcoins are rare, hold on to them until you have more experience of the game)

Yes thx Carpman  i did mean $$$ = gold  got the idea, i do understand bout to go lvl 29  i'm not as good as u all tho. Any way just wanted to put it out there  do to the"rrelease" trophies  along with releasing smaller fish  when u get bigger 1s   we do get more cash for keepnet &keep our XP for leveling up just was some how trying to keep some cash for time/effort  etc for fish we did catch even if it was a %

No exact hour given but the end date is Nov. 4th ; Possibly at the 8pm (Eastern) pumpkin reset time, though could be anytime on the 4th.

Maybe Dennis or any dev should chime in because when I went to the missions tab to catch Frankie after work, the timer there read 1 day, which would lead me to believe that the event would end at midnight eastern on the 3rd when the servers reset. Little help? I'm sure there are a lot of players trying to prioritize their time to decide what missions or challenges to try and complete before time runs out.

Agreed; tho I believe the devs shouldn't be worrying about searching the forum for questions, that's really a job for dedicated mods/support staff that have direct access to the devs for any questions they can't immediately answer themselves. I made sure to make it known my answer was only for the date & the time could be any time on the 4th (from 12:01am to 11:59 pm), so to not cause any confusion. Though you are correct we need an official answer because as you stated a lot of folks are scrambling to complete as many missions/challenges as possible & may need to pick & choose depending on timeframe left. Luckily we have those tools to tag folks in a post so.....

 

@Dennis_FP @Sergey.B  Could someone let us know the exact time the Halloween event will end on the 4th? Also it'd be nice if y'all could include what time zone (GMT; EST; PST) since this is a global game, so there's no confusion. Thanks in advance.

Much appreciated Sergey! You & Ms. Diana are always very helpful whenever I use the Support email method for getting info. Was 99% sure the server/pumpkin reset time was the correct time but since nothing official was mentioned figured best bet was to be cautious & say "Possibly" just incase. Great job goes to y'all (Support & Dev staff) on this years event, lots of community involvement/collaboration & praise by the majority of folks I've fished with the past 2 weeks. Hope Christmas event does the same & is even better than last years great event was. Thanks again!
