Fishing Planet All Maps Lags every 10 sec - Why no Fix It?

Hello,
Why is it lagging every 10 seconds on new maps , especially on Artchuga? and alaska can anyone fix it? because you can not normally fish through these lags

Lags appear  in the moment when I do not fish for 1 rod, as I will put a fishing pole on it, 
and I put 3 fishing rods on in then every 10 seconds I stop the cage as if something was being loaded every few seconds.
I think that the model of the fishing pole support is wrong

some one help me? this game using direct x 11?  or 12? meyby problem is 12 direct?

I get it too on the ps4, a 1-2 sec lag spike about every 30 secs or so.Do not think its internet, at least on my end, I have business fiber optics with a 100mbps upload and 100mbps download. Makes casting and maintaining a reel in technique a pain. Its not consistent but fairly so. I have experienced this for over a year and keep thinking it will get fixed but apparently not.

I’ve been assuming that’s just the way the game is. I’m also on ps4 and retrieving a consistent stop and go for example can be annoying at times when lag is too frequent. Im ok with it because I seem to do just fine fishing overall, but just imagine this game without that lag... that would be a thing of beauty. I’ve noticed Michigan has had the most lag for me whether in open or private rooms. Some sort of fix would be wonderful. Til then, I’ll just keep trucking and filling my net either way. Fish on!

I have the same problem on all maps.
At the begining of a session, the lag occurs about every 60 seconds or more (reasonably), but as the times passes, the interval between the lags is getting shorter. I counted lags about 8 seconds at the end of a long session.
I try to restart the game every hour, but it's kind of annoying.

Computer:

I7
GeForce GTX 1050
16 GB RAM

Broadband connection (1GB) - no problem here, tried ping, no loss.

Its something caused by using the stands with either feeder or float rods. 

 

After a few minutes using them, constant frame drops, framerate is dropping from 120 down to 5  even.

Or maybe it's the delay on the servers?  Where are the fp servers located?

Fishing Planet has been lagging on my Xbox since 4 th of July.
