The Weather Indicator Bug May Be Back

I didn't notice this when I started on a Partly Cloudy day in North Carolina at 5 am.  At 9 am I noticed that my game HUD showed Sunny and all the fish in my keepnet indicate they were caught on a Sunny day.

Additional information.  When I returned to the game, I forwarded time to 5 am on a Sunny day according to the Map screen, my HUD also indicated Sunny and after catching several fish my keepnet also indicated a Sunny day.  So this may be something that happens on an infrequent basis.  However, I will keep monitoring it closely.  I have instructed some of our other members to also watch for it.

   While fishing North Carolina, I noticed the weather discrepancy at 5:00 am game time... Hilrond talked me about it just before 10:00 am game time, and instructed me to take the proper screen-shots to assist y'all.

  The main map forecast indicates a partly cloudy day, while in-game it is sunny, and the keep net shows all catches before 10:00 am were caught on a sunny day.

  At 10:00 am game time, the discrepancy corrected itself, without my changing position...  Note: the highlighted fish in the following shot is the first catch after 10:00 am, and shows the proper weather for the main map forecast.  All subsequent catches were also correct.

Having a weather issue at N. Carolina today, Hilrond asked thay I post the screenshots attached.  Weather in morning on main may shows partly cloudy, while in game and fishkeeper show sunny weather.  At 10 am in game weather and fishkeeper self corrected to show Partly Cloudy.
