Pond pass

I purchased the kayak dlc  how do i use the pond passes?  and can someone help me what is a pond pass ?

I thought that was just the basic license.( pond pass)  But i could be wrong.

Tombomb it's automatic. It doesn't cover your travel fee, it only "unlocks" the individual venue. It's designed to grant lower levels access to fish venues that they have not unlocked yet. And if I'm not mistaken, I beleive that you have access to the particular venues shop, and can purchase gear that you wouldn't normally be able to purchase because of the lower level. But I'm sure about that one.

if i purchase the ocean dlc with a 30 day pond pass, does that  mean i can only play it for 30 days and cannot play the map until i get to the correct level?
