Lost Golem Lure due to Disconnect

Hello , Lost Golem Lure from Saint-Croix Golem Lure while I had a fish on and got disconnected from server and when i managed to reconnect back the lure was gone with I assume the fish bit it off.

Anything I can do to get it back?

Did you complete the Golem lure mission (catch the monster Muskie)? If you did then the lure is lost, you might be able to get it again next Halloween (don't know if this is possible). If you haven't caught the Muskie yet, Untrack the mission, get rid of any backlashes in your backpack storage, quit and restart the game (mightn't need to do this), track the mission again, catch 5 new backlashes (make sure you have enough backpack spaces available).

Not sure if this will work for you, but give it a try.

I can't track the mission again, Its already completed. I was in a session with 2 friends and when i got disconneted one said that my line was bitten off while i couldn't do anything due to being disconnected and when i managed to get back in my lure was gone. I'll try catching 5 backlashes and see if I can get it back somehow...? i guess

Same thing happened to me...

But I wasn't even disconnected with Lure in water. I had big lag and rebooted to try to fix. When I came back Lure was gone.

Since Mission is complete there is no way to get it back. I wrote to support even but nada.

Yeah no help either with support yet... If it was my fault and cut the line I wouldn't have cared enough to write a ticket about it but its pretty unfair since I got disconnected from the game randomly while having a fish on in a friends session, Now im scared to use lures that I only have 1 and can't get another one

Same thing happened with me using my x-series frog popper, my internet cut off by itself while I was reeling in, when I loaded back up lure was gone, contacted support but they ain't even try to help, Great video game, NOT SO GREAT customer service!

Similar issue here. Line snapped at 75% tension. Cannot find golem lure in inventory and cannot repeat the prerequisite mission to get it.  This game's developers need to error handle this.

Still no reply to e-mail or anything here so guess i'm just gonna assume i'm not gonna get it back , oh well.

Yeah I believe this game has some of the WORST service from the devs or support

Same happened to me. Customer service was no help at all. Has anyone figured out a way to get another lure?

Is it possible to gift this lure to someone?

Same happened to me. Also no response from devs or support. We push money into the game and nothing to assist when we need it. I completed the mission but used the Golem Lure afterwards for all round and was my favourite lure. So peeved off with losing it due to game issues and yet no response from the people that should look into it.

It wasn’t a Halloween thing i think it was a Muskie golem mission

Yes, it is part of the Monster missions, IIRC people at the time were asking why they were still active (they were added around the same time as the 2019 Halloween event) two months later. Most likely scenario is the lure is lost for good. Losing your favourite lure through no fault of your own (a random disconnect when you have a fish on) is IMO a game bug that needs to be rectified.  Having the chance of catching any of your lost lures on a waterway in a random backlash would help, or maybe a mission becomes available for BC and one off (not for sale) lures to be retrieved (IDK, catch five unique fish in one R/L day).

so everyone knows. If you lose your golem lure before you catch the monster. You can get it back.

You have to catch 3 "backlash with weeds". if you look at it you can see an old lure tangled up in it.

3 of those and you get your lure back. once you do make sure you put it on gear strong enough to handle a 75+

fish and make sure the line is braid 65 pound test and 450 - 500ft on the reel cuz it will empty your spool easily.

I know it works i did it myself and caught an 82 pounder once i got my lure back. wicked fight too.

I lost my first golem. I have 3 new backlashes with weeds but it did not make the lure. The mission to get the lure is still showing completed from the first go round. Any advice?

untrack the golem musky mission should do it. once you get back on the lake it should pop back up

Once you catch golem muskie fish with the lure and you lose lure YOU CAN NOT GET THAT LURE BACK..ONLY WAY TI GET LURE BACK IF LOST IS IF YOU HAVENT LANDED THE MONSTER YET..SO SO SO SAD.. CAUGHT THE FISH AND THEN CAST IT A SECOND TIME AND CAUGHT UNI AND THEN CAST A THIRD TIME AND MY HAMD HIT DRAG TENSION AND BUSTED THE LINE .LURE GONE FOREVER .SO SO SO SAD....

Don't know if anyone still cares, but you can still do the quest to get the golem lure. Don't know if not getting the monster was crucial to my success.  But it did give it to me again after getting 3 backlash with weed.
