Administrators Fishing Planet Posted January 22, 2020 Administrators Report Posted January 22, 2020 Are you ready for fabulous fishing? Welcome to Mississippi Blue Crab Island! This picturesque place is a real paradise for anglers in the azure waters of the northern part of the Gulf of Mexico. The trip to the Blue Crab Island is the dream of any experienced angler. Only the singing of birds and the buzzing of insects interrupt the local silence and solitude. Along the canals – thickets of sawgrass, the water here hides many large species. You can fish from a wooden pontoon near the boat station, or you can take a motor, go for a spin along the mangrove, and enjoy nature away from the coast and closer to the inhabitants of saltwater. You've got a big party to plan here: New level cap Existing leveling system will be increased to 55 levels in maximum. The Mississippi Blue Crab Island will be available for all users who gained level 54. Locations Despite the waterway’s impressive size, there will be two entry locations. The first location - Mangrove Sunset - is situated next to a large stilt house, right in the center of the waterway and is a great spot to start exploring both fresh and saltwater areas by boat. The second location - The Bass Base - is on wooden docks in the middle of a freshwater bay, amidst natural wild scenery and black mangrove trees. Keep in mind that Mississippi is a waterway made specifically for boats and you can explore it in all possible ways. You can also land anywhere along the coast. Now you can easily move around with gear in your hands while fighting fish. You can take out and hide the rod in any convenient place. We have added autosave for your last position: now you can return to the very point where you were before exiting the game. New fish species Skilled anglers have a chance to catch new fish. Bonefish, Speckled Peacock Bass, Southern Flounder and Permit. As usual, within few weeks. Custom competitions will not be included to this update because of some internal issues with Sony policy. Quote

Dont know why they dont do it, but I've asked multiple times to get an individual volume control for the rod stand. Just like the one for enviorment, music etc. I know I liked to listen to the reel spinning and so on, but hated the rod stand "beeping". Ended up I had to turn all sound down and could only hear rod stand "beep" on a very low volume. 1 Quote

It wasnt really a question though, more a general "need to vent" post. But as I said, I already asked them about this at several occasions so no need to ask them again I guess. Quote

Have you really thought about anything else? Please make video about it! Ok, maybe a sound from rodstand is too loud for you, but absolutely normal for me. Quote

The new rod holder setup is terrible. Pick up a rod after a very rapid beep and there is nothing or bait gone. I have lost more bait then I care to count. Give me the rod holder, the way it was before the update. Also on ps4, the "O" button gets you to inventory, but not back to fishing. Have to go to map every time and then you hit the wrong button and you have lost your place. Need the old "O" button for inventory and return back. There are some good points. I like the way they changed the boat control buttons. 1 Quote
dagreek4444 Posted March 11, 2020 Report Posted March 11, 2020 Since the update yesterday rod stand rings and rings and no fish is on. Also if you raise the pole to high game states you've lost your bait and fish is gone. Found myself at some point fishing from land under the hull of a boat in the water. This update has created havoc to say the least! Quote
