3 red arrows

Can anyone help I’ve reached level 15 and now when I catch a fish in my xp bar I now have 3 red arrows pointing to the left and it’s now making it harder to level up? 

For example 1 xp <<<

Arrows indicate XP values, pop up when the rig/equipment is too strong or weak compared to weight of fish caught. 1-3 Red arrows = Rig to strong/Reduced XP; 1-3 White arrows = Rig to weak/XP Boost. No arrows is optimal rig/normal xp.

Is this still correct I get the red arrows still but using an 11kg setup to catch a 26kg uni salmon & a 9kg setup to catch a 32kg Uni catfish gets me 0 white arrows...

I dont think it is. You still get the XP boost from using the lighter tackle, but I cannot see or remember seeing any white arrows.

"White Arrows" escaped my memory as well.

Yea, the Red Arrow setup is still same as always but like the rest, it's been so long since seeing any white arrows I believe the xp boost may have been taken away. Which doesn't seem right, if we can't get xp boost by using low power rigs what's the point (besides a good fight every now & then). They should've either kept both or scrapped both in my opinion.

I don't think the boost is there either. I was getting the same xp for trophy pike with my hell troy rod as I was with the fenix.
