PH_Carpman99 Posted February 13, 2020 Report Posted February 13, 2020 You do not have to be on a waterway to achieve this, think it is best to try and spend it all at the same time, upgrade that keeper, get your new boat, buy that months worth of advanced licence to Alaska (as an example). There is a daily event which I call the server reset, when this happens it will reset the count/timer for challenges as well as change the weather to the following day. Establishing what time this occurs for you is really helpful. Short answer : no. 1 Quote
