DLC gone lost after reset profile, help me

Lost the dlc on my account after reset on Ps4. I specify that I play The Fisherman. After the reset, the support on email had assured me that the dlc purchased would not be lost. Can you help me?

Here the support can only help you with the F2P version, as it is actually a forum for Fishing Planet.

Imho should be the support from the Playstation Store in your case (stating your player name on the PS4).

I contacted the support of fishing planet by e-mail and rudely told me that there is nothing I can do about it. I find this very frustrating and anyone on the forum who can help me out is welcome

The support from Fishing Planet cannot help you any further because you have a problem with the game "The fisher man".

These are two different pairs of shoes, but with similar names.

Who did you buy the DLC from?

This is imho  also the address, to which you have to send your support request.

Suggest you try sending an email to support@fishingplanet.com with your game name, platform (PS4) and a description of the problem or contacting Sony PS4 support (probably the better option).
