Pond passes and advanced licences

If I buy lets say the Golden pack dlc.

Will the pond pass and licence time run down only while I am logged on, or will I lose a weeks access if I don't play for seven days?

The countdown commences from when the DLC is activated and continues until the expiry date (and time) has been reached. Meaning the timer doesn't stop while you're logged out of the game.
