Daedelus Posted January 8, 2022 Report Posted January 8, 2022 (edited) I think its high time to reinstate VR devolopment now that it is finally mainstream. Theres a game called real vr fishing that lets you fish and watch youtube or whatever web media you want while fishing. I love it, except i always want it to be this game instead. FP has always been the perfect multitasker to play while you watch some sort of long format media. Please please please! Edited January 8, 2022 by Daedelus Quote
Desode Posted January 15, 2022 Report Posted January 15, 2022 I agree 100% on this. I haven't played FP in a while but I check the web once or twice a month for any news on FP VR support. The fact that Oculus (Meta) sold so many Vr headsets that the oculus app for christmas went clear to the #1 downloaded app on mobile platforms over every other world wide App is mind Blowing! It is a massive market to tap and if I was the CEO of marketing at fishing planet I would be all over this with every available developer I could put on it. This game needs full Vr support asap. Musette Posted March 15, 2022 Report Posted March 15, 2022 I inadvertently made a great argument for VR in one of my posts about rigging mechanics and the use of sweep dancing in lure retrieval: Quote
SergalQueen Posted June 1, 2022 Report Posted June 1, 2022 (edited) I would so support this idea to have vr for this game, especially with it being so very realistic more than that real vr fishing, I had tried that and it was somewhat buggy to me when I was playing it, but with how the game here on pc is so clean and more realistic that the one on the vr app store, I say this fishing planet has a much better chance of making a name for itself even more. In early development we've done the VR version. Thinking to do it again. Already heavily optimized for mobile, so now almost ready for VR Quote
