equipment So...where are the Xbox/Win10 and Steam Free DLCs?

Got a friend into FP recently and he plays on the Playstation.  I know we all start with that TeleFloat 450 with the Minispin 800 rocking the .012 mono line and a #8 hook no matter our system but then PC and Xbox has to buy their next rod and tackle either with in-game cash or a DLC.  The Playstation folks get three free DLCs and start out ahead in the game.

The PS4 folks can get, for free: the First Steps Float Bundle, Jump-Start Bundle, and the Free Starter Bundle DLCs
