Firstly you have to contact the host of the Sponsored Competition to claim the DLC you won.
If there is no reaction, please send an email at sc@fishingplanet.com with detection of the date and name of the Competition. Do not forget to indicate your nickname in the game and the nickname of the host of the Competition. Thank you.
