no keybind option for line clipping

Line clip is bound to C and middle mouse by default, there is no option to change this in the keybind. You can bind middle mouse to other functions like zoom but that then also clips the line each time you zoom in.

Make line clipping key bind available in the options please.

I'd like to double up on this request.  I'd like to at least disable the option of having it bound to the MMB.
