Problem of No Ruler - No Party Competition in Congo River

Hello,

I participated in the Congo River No Ruler - No Party Competition.
I caught a fish within 2 centimeters (128.867 cm). However, fish within 2 cm caught are not reflected in the results (11 centimeters).
Of course, following the rules of the competition, I fished from shore using a bottom tackle.
I am attaching screenshots of the evidence.
Am I doing something wrong?

I have sent an E-Mail to the support team with questions. And I received a reply stating that my question was accepted.
The E-Mail said they would respond within 2 business days, but I have not received a reply.

I received an E-Mail today from the support team with a response.
According to the answer, the 11 is not in centimeters but in points of difference from the 130 centimeter.
In other words, 1.3 - 1.28867 = 0.01133 this number is difference between my fish and the ideal fish, so my score equals 11.
