Boats and Sea

I'm still fairly new to the game (level 24), but I've heard content can get pretty limited by long time players.

My idea is open sea fishing with boats/dinghies perhaps in different sizes at different price points. This would give something rather new instead of just a new rod here, a new reel there etc.

I don't know if development is still a thing here, but this might be worth the while to make and take a break from kind of just pointless DLC's.

I feel like a lot of players would appreciate it. Especially those who left because of the lack of content.
