What DLC Gives a Hat?

I'm tired of getting rained on.  Which DLC gives a hat?

Well, actually there is an option to get one without making a purchase. If you complete a certain number of catches at night (gonna say 150) then you complete the challenge "night shift" and are awarded the lighted helmet for night fishing use. It also works great to repel the rain. Best way I would recommend to get that is to night fish for walleye in new york.

But it's $9.99... if you're going to go that route you might as well get the pro bundle pack for $15 which includes that DLC.
