Third Person vs First Person

So as far as I know, the current model of Fishing Planet on Steam only offers a first person field of view. In contrast, the new trailer for PS4 shows off what looks like a lot of third person shots. Are we(ps users) gonna get that third person view/option at launch? I think it gives the game a lot of charm personally being able to see your customized avatar and also adds dynamics that weren't there already. Gear,accessories, etc.

and yet i do not see it done yet...any news on third person?....

I bought the new shades pack for cosmetic as well  glare filter, contrasting and super zooming purposes. I'm bummed that the only way to see my model in third person with these hot new shades is in photograph mode after landing a fish.

odd thing is I read the today's patch notes.....I am not sure what they are talking about if there is third person...how do i use it and please don't tell me it is the photo shot view...because that is weak.
