Not giving money for the fish I catch

I haven’t been rewarded with money for catching my fish. This started happening yesterday. Gamer tag on xbox is (Daddy Ajax)

Are you keeping the fish? Have you either left the waterway or gone to the next day (past 5:00 a.m.) for the money to be paid for the fish?

I release just about every fish. I emailed support but thank you for the reply.
