everytime Misson menu cause offline on Xbox

every time when I try to in Misson menu, it will running for many seconds, mostly cause me offline.

ya, when I'm passing the tab sometimes it will stop and load for 3 to 5 seconds or more. also the club tab will cause huge lag, I won't be able to chat, reply to requests, or select other pages with the left or right triggers.
