Pikeslasher

I just caught the pikeslasher and couldnt keep it because i forgot to put on my keepnet after repairing it, so i had to release it, my question is can i catch it again?

The mission was only to catch the Pikeslasher, once you caught it you would have gotten the mission completed screen and the (Pikeslasher) trophy wall mount meaning the mission is over.  Unfortunately, It is not possible to do the mission again.

I have the same problem. I caught pikeslasher and released him. But the mission is still incomplete. I have tried for several weeks to catch him again but it won't get a bite

You can only catch the Pikeslasher once, if you have caught it and the mission didn't complete (even if you released it) then something is not right. Suggest sending an email to support@fishingplanet.com with your game name, platform (Steam, PS4/5, Xbox etc) and a description of the problem. Support should be able to advise what is wrong or have the mission status changed to completed.
