Where did Set-up positions go?

After several weeks on St Croix lake I was working on last 2 fish when suddenly my screen said I was being sent home because my equiptment needed replaced or repaired. The game sent me home...I had just purchased a pak and had 6 set-up positions with new or repaired equiptment. I paid for another trip back to St Croix only to find all my positions except one were gone. I used that gear and completed St Croix and left. Still only one position so I checked out templates. I found a set up to fish with and went to a new place. Still only the one set-up from templates. I contacted Steam and waited a week only to be told I have 6 positions, and another set up. And they hope that helps. No it does not. Ive been asking for help with no answers from Fishing Planet. I cannot play without my positions back! I dont know what happened or why?
