I have been banned today.. but i really dont know why..

hello fellow fisherman!

as im sure all of you guys do, i am really enjoying this game lately. 

i wanted to play a couple of hours right now actually, but the screen "You have been banned from this game" suddenly meets my eye..

i really dont know why i got the ban.. i JUST purchased premium days and 2 dlcs with tons of stuff because its my fave game at this very moment (if i could play) so im unable to play while my premium goes on.. 

also to note: i havent even tried competitions or anything like that,, i just spend 60hrs enjoying the view and the catch missions and grinding for that slightly better gear the whole time!

 

have more people experienced this or something like this?

what can i do? (i did just send an email to the @ support)
