key bindings playing up.

I set my keys , and having problems with the anchor up and down, set 2 keys,, primary and secondary. i join a game and decide to use my boat get to a location i then press v to drop anchor thats ok, but if i want to lift the anchor to move the key no loger works so im stuck at that spot. primary or secondary key no longer works. The only way i can get to a new location is go to map press on 1 of the other map spots then press on the boat spot to use my boat, i can then once again start engine and go anywhere on the map and can press anchor down button, BUT as soon as i try to lift the anchor to move it does not lift so im stuck at new location. Then its back to the map and getting back to the boat and starting again, i did check mu game files all ok, but since the last update i have this anchor issue, strange as ive been playing on and off since 2018 had no problems, I cannot send a email request as when i joined i put this in:- greensootyr@aol.com. did not see it when i signed up . only when i wanted help ,when it should have been greensooty@aol.com. So i do not have a active proper email, any ideas to solve this problem. Thank you  Peter
