Reverse Reeling

When I try to reel in the line. It lets out line. I can't seem to get it fixed. I closed and restarted the game. Same thing.

(Bottom right of screen) If using PC use the mouse wheel to adjust the reeling speed or the L and K keys (think it's D-pad up and down on console controllers).
