I just got my mom to buy me the Sport Casting Bass Pack and I can't use it

Im scared to tell my mom about it I got it on Nov 12,2024 and I have everything but the lures and the rod and reel are grayed please answer me. She payed 5.34 I think and I want to play with it Im level 2.

You'll either need to level up to level 3 so you can buy a HobbyGear Rod case (Tools and Equipment) so you can carry two fishing setups or put the current setup into home storage and put the DLC setup in it's place, either way both these options will require you to Leave the waterway (if you're at one) as they can only be done from Home.   

Your mom would probably rather that you asked her for help, she might be able to find you some Fishing Planet starting (levelling) guides for you to look at to give you a better idea of what you need to do.
