PH_Carpman99 Posted January 21 Report Posted January 21 You can only buy DLC once on Steam (this is a condition regarding DLC's implemented by Steam), the only exception I've seen is where the DLC does not contain any consumables which can be sold for in-game credits (i.e. the Black Friday travel pack DLC can be brought multiple times).
