HELP Lost Wasp Walker Thorn Ripper Monster

Ok,

So the monster fish broke my line causing me to lose my wasp walker lure.  It tells me to equip the wasp walker and transparent leader, and catch the monster.  I still have transparent leaders, but I only received one wasp walker lure.  Does anyone know how to get a second one? or is this a bug?

Usually you'll have to get rid of the items you were required to get (the transparent leaders) so the mission can be reset, a restart of the game might help (after deleting the leaders).
