Ponds locked prematurely

Has anyone encountered a pond being locked even though your advanced license for that pond has not yet expired? Please help

Did you buy a DLC for a high-level waterway? If so, they normally only give you a limited time pond pass to the waterway(s) (listed in the DLC's description). So even if you were to extend the license for that waterway because the pond pass has expired you will not be allowed to remain there.

You could try sending an email to support@fishingplanet.com withe your game name, platform (PS4) and a description of the problem.
