I cannot catch this fish. Been trying for like 2 weeks and nothing just nothing. It's sucking all the fun out this game

Maybe try in the Golden lake (the one with the Administration building nearby), look for yellow flowers on the small islands and cast near them, small hook #6 - #1, bloodworms (worm type baits) on a feeder rod setup. Peak time best.
