Hi devs and fellow anglers,

I’d like to suggest a simple but important quality-of-life improvement to Fishing Planet, one that would save us all time and frustration.

🔧 The current problem:

After coming back from a trip, repairing equipment is a chore.
We’re forced to:

  • Manually move gear back to the inventory

  • Find it again in the cluttered menus

  • Then finally hit “repair”

It's unnecessarily tedious – especially for players with lots of gear, or those who just want to get back to fishing quickly.

✅ Suggested solution:

  1. Add a “Repair All” button
At the Home screen, add a simple:

    🔧 Repair All Damaged Equipment

This would automatically repair all items below 100% durability, using available credits.

  2. Allow gear to be repaired while equipped
Right now, we can’t repair something unless we unequip it – even if it's at home and not in use.
    Please allow us to:

    • Right-click an equipped item (rod, reel, line, etc.)

    • See its wear %

    • Click “Repair” directly

Why this matters:

  • Saves a ton of time

  • Makes the game flow smoother, especially for casual evening players

  • Reduces unnecessary UI clicks and loading times

  • Improves the experience for console and Steam Deck users too

  • Encourages players to maintain gear more often, not just when things break

Fishing Planet is all about immersion, and this little change would go a long way toward making the experience more enjoyable and intuitive for everyone.

Thanks for reading – and I hope this suggestion finds its way to the dev team!
Tight lines! 🎣

Especially, when we are forced to leave location just to repair. Should be able to repair where you are at during fishing. You leave too early to and only get money at time of leaving but if we can repair without leaving, then we can stay in longer to earn more without the hassle of leaving and coming back in. Probably, how it cost us more to pay to travel in again.
