Im fed up with the idiots that deliberatly hound you and get in your fishings area its like bullying at school surely this can be stopped my banning them if they do this east to take a screen shot of whats happening

Go to a Friends Only, Club or Private room instead of a Random room if need be, or you could turn off the view players avatars in close range option in the settings menu.  Other players will have no effect on the fish you catch.

You could try sending a polite message in chat asking them to move, there are also options to block or report abusive players in the chat window box options.
