Fishing Planet Support will not reset a account unless it is deemed absolutely necessary to do so, like a game breaking bug making the game unplayable.

  If you wanted to confirm this you could send an email to support@fishingplanet.com with your game name, platform (Steam, PS4/5, Xbox etc) and a detailed description of the problem.
