Instant ban possible false positive? Need clarification

Hello everyone,

I’m posting here because I was banned instantly and without any warning, and I’m trying to understand what happened.

During my session, I was fishing normally and did not use any automated action, bot, macro, or tool on Fishing Planet. My gameplay was fully manual and I did not gain any advantage, credits, or XP through automation.

However, I suspect that the anti-bot system may have misinterpreted a background process on my computer. I had a clicker tool open for another game (Cookie Clicker) in the background, but it never interacted with Fishing Planet and had no impact on my in-game actions.

The ban occurred while I was simply waiting during a fishing session. No unusual input, no rapid clicks, nothing that could be interpreted as automated gameplay.

What concerns me even more is that I had just purchased a €14 pack, including 30 days of Premium and several fishing spot accesses, which I can no longer use. Losing paid advantages instantly, without any explanation or the opportunity to understand the issue, is extremely frustrating.

I would like to ask the staff:

1. Is this ban temporary or permanent?

2. If temporary, how long will it last?

3. Is it possible to manually review my logs to confirm that no automated actions were performed in Fishing Planet?

4. If the ban lasts for a long time, is there a possibility of a refund or an extension of my Premium time, since I just purchased it?

I’m confident that a manual check will show that my in-game activity was normal and legitimate.
