The only way to get unbanned is to contact support, send an email to support@fishingplanet.com with your game name, platform (Steam etc) and a description of the problem. Support will decide whether to unban you or not, they can see the app/software used to cause the ban, but are not obliged in any way to tell you what it was. Quote
