Zozoo Posted April 29 Report Posted April 29 Hello, I am posting here after my support ticket regarding a permanent ban on my Fishing Planet account was closed without any possibility of further appeal. My account has been permanently banned due to an alleged detection of cheating software by your anti-cheat system (Denuvo). I fully understand the importance of maintaining a fair environment in online games, and I fully support the idea of anti-cheat protection. However, I strongly and honestly disagree with the conclusion that has been made in my case. I want to clearly state again that I have never used cheats, hacks, scripts, trainers, or any modification intended to alter or exploit Fishing Planet in any way. My gameplay has always been legitimate, normal, and fully respectful of the rules of your game. What I find extremely frustrating is that my account appears to have been permanently sanctioned based on an automated detection system, and even after requesting a review, the final response simply confirms the ban without providing any meaningful technical explanation of what exactly was detected or how this conclusion was reached. I fully understand that anti-cheat systems cannot disclose every technical detail, but in this situation, I am left with no clarity at all regarding the alleged violation. This makes it extremely difficult for me to accept or understand the decision that has been taken against my account. I also want to emphasize that I have invested time into this game as a normal and dedicated player, and seeing a permanent closure of my account without what I consider a transparent or detailed explanation is deeply disappointing. I am not here to attack the support team or the developers personally, but I strongly believe that in cases like this, where a permanent sanction is applied, there should be at least a minimum level of transparency or a possibility for a deeper manual review by someone technically qualified to reassess the situation. At this point, I am not asking for favoritism or special treatment. I am simply asking for a fair and human-level reconsideration of the situation, or at least a clearer explanation of what specific action or software triggered such a severe penalty. If the decision truly remains final, then I will respect it, but I want to make it clear that from my perspective as a player, this outcome feels unjust and insufficiently explained. I hope this message will be read by someone who can understand the importance of transparency and accuracy in anti-cheat decisions. Thank you for your time. Quote
PH_Carpman99 Posted April 30 Report Posted April 30 No one here can help you. Denuvo flags the account for Support to investigate and verify, Support then decides whether to ban or not. Support (for any game) will never tell you what was detected, as this would only help those who wish to circumnavigate the anti-cheat software. Using chatGPT will not help you. You'll need to send an email to support@fishingplanet.com with your game name, platform (Steam etc) and a description of the problem. Quote
