Stuck in casting/can't get back to menu

So I entered a area in Missouri and now I'm stuck in casting mode. All I see is my rod and none of the usual things you see when you cast, can't enter menu and I'm tired of restarting my PS4. The game is great just many bugs, I will post as I come across them. Attached is s screen shot of what I'm dealing with.

It a known bug on pc and now you guys have found it on ps4 all you can do is exit and go back in. It happen when you are right at the edge of the lake so try taking a step back before casting when you don't see the lure step away and back to the lake and all good
